Pet fees: Cat $200, dogs up to 25 lbs. $250 non-refundable fee, 26 lbs. to 50 lbs. $500 nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Maximum 50 lb. pet weight limit. No aggressive breeds.
